Pay record refers to the record at pay period level. An employees's pay record has 2 levels:
- Summary of the entire pay period
- Pay record in the sub-period

System generated identifier. It is blind to the user. It also holds the primary key for the Employee table.

Shows the generating identity of the pay record for that period. This is the primary key for the PayRecord table.
Example: A1 / A66 / A110

Shows the year for the pay record.
Example: 2012

Shows the period for the pay record.
Example: January = "1", February = "2", March = "3" etc.

Holds the sub period for the pay record.

Example:
Sub period 1 = 1 Payment Group (Hourly, Daily & Monthly rated)
Sub period 2 = 2 Payment Group (Hourly, Daily & Monthly rated)
Sub period 3 = 3 Payment Group (Hourly & Daily rated), divided by 3 and the balance is placed in the last sub-period
Sub Period 4 = 4 Payment Group (Hourly & Daily rated)

Stores the identity for the pay record.
Example: Normal / Normal Time Sheet

Stores the type for the pay record.
Example: If the employee uses the "Normal" identity for the pay record, the pay type is "Normal Pay". Otherwise, the pay type is "Regular Time Sheet Pay". There is also "Advance Pay" and "Bonus Pay".

Shows the status.
Example: Active (Unlocked) / Locked

Shows who was the creator.
Example: "S" which stands for System, i.e. it was system generated.

Shows the date with time of when the record was last processed.
Example: 2013-02-19 14:33:45.115

Shows the description for the pay record.

Shows the interface project identity for the pay record.

A column indicating if the employee's authorised deduction has exceeded or not.
