An outbox message for the email pay slip.

A system generated identity. It is blind to the user. This is also the primary key for the OutboxMessage table.

Shows which module the message belongs to.
Example: Core / Payroll / Leave etc

Shows the sub module for the outbox message.
Example: Income Tax
