Entity MapRPayElement_mm

Description of Entity MapRPayElement_mm

This is used to automate some of the processing, like insert recurring pay elements, medical claim policy, assign overtime tables and so on. Automation can help verify leave balances, contract periods etc when employees have a status change.

Example: Creating a recurring pay element for a specific department or branch. After setting up, a new employee record is created or transferred. The automation feature will then insert the recurring pay element.

There are 4 different types of automation processes:
Employment, Confirmation, Cessation and Career Movement.

Recurring Pay Element is under:
- Employment Processes and it is activated upon creating a new employment record. It inserts recurring pay elements.
- Confirmation Processes: Activated upon using Process Confirmation feature. It inserts recurring pay elements.
- Career Movement Processes: Activated upon using Process Career feature or when a Career Progression record is marked current. It inserts recurring pay elements.

Sub period 1 = 1 Payment Group (Hourly, Daily & Monthly rated)
Sub period 2 = 2 Payment Group (Hourly, Daily & Monthly rated)
Sub period 3 = 3 Payment Group (Hourly & Daily rated), divided by 3 and the balance is placed in the last sub-period
Sub Period 4 = 4 Payment Group (Hourly & Daily rated)
