A cut off date can be set to determine the handling of portions of a year.

The cut off day determines whether the month of hire will be considered for prorating leave. In other words, if the cut off date is the 15th of every month, an employee who joins the company from the 16th day of any particular month will not be given leave for that month of service and vice versa if the 'After prorate cut off day' is considered as 0 month.

Shows the leave type identity of the cut off pay. This also acts as a key for the LeaveCutOffDate table.

Contains the cut off end day. Depending on the month, the last day can be 28 (February) / 30 (April) etc, or any other day that the user chooses.
