Section 3 of Appendix 8A is to record the value of the hotel accommodation provided by the employer.

This attribute is the system generated identifier. It is blind to the user. It also holds the primary key for the Personal table.

This is a running number for each employee in the hotel accommodation. This is the primary key for the A8AS3 table.

Stores the description about the hotel accommodation.

Shows the number of persons that will be living in the hotel accommodation.

Shows the rate per person per month for the hotel.

Shows the length of stay in the hotel.

States a value of an item.
The formula is:
(Number of units x Rate x Number of days x 12) / 366

Shows the identity of the keyword.
Example: Children <3 / Self / plus 2% etc
