Section 2 of Appendix 8A is for declaring the value of furniture or fittings provided to the employee. The form shows you the list of furnishings and their value per month.

This attribute is the system generated identifier. It is blind to the user. It also holds the primary key for the Personal table.

Shows the items number. This is the primary key for the A8AS2 table.

Shows a selection of items.
Example: Furniture / Refrigerator / Washing Machine etc

Indicates if the employee has selected that specific item, in a form of a checkbox.

Shows the unit for that specific item.

Shows the rate per unit per month.

Shows the number of days in which the items were used.

States a value of an item.
The formula is:
(Number of units x Rate x Number of days x 12) / 366

Shows the identity of the keyword.
Example: WashingMachine / AirConSitting / GolfBag etc
