The different settings to export a pay detail. You have to select the period, sub period and year, also choose what type of pay you want to include in the report you are exporting, Bonus / Normal / Advance etc Pay.

Shows the identity of the export report. This also acts as a primary key for the ExportSetting table.

Shows the year for the export setting.
Example: 2012

Shows the period for the export setting.
Example: January = "1", February = "2", March = "3" etc.

Holds the sub period for the export setting.

Example:
Sub period 1 = 1 Payment Group (Hourly, Daily & Monthly rated)
Sub period 2 = 2 Payment Group (Hourly, Daily & Monthly rated)
Sub period 3 = 3 Payment Group (Hourly & Daily rated), divided by 3 and the balance is placed in the last sub-period
Sub Period 4 = 4 Payment Group (Hourly & Daily rated)

Shows how the export setting is sorted.

Shows the normal pay that will be exported.

Shows the bonus pay that will be exported.

Shows other pays that can be exported.

Shows the advance pay that can be exported.

Shows the report identity description that will be exported.

Shows the number of lines per page that are available when exported.

Shows the first line of the export line.

Shows the second line of the export line.

Shows the third line of the export line.

Shows the forth line of the export line.

Shows the fifth line of the export line.

Shows the sixth line of the export line.

Shows the seventh line of the export line.

Shows the eighth line of the export line.

Shows the ninth line of the export line.

Shows the tenth line of the export line.
