This entity stores information about the employee. Some personal information like his/her address, name and date-of-birth. It also shows the flag rate for CPF and other wages. This entity is mainly for specific employees.

This attribute is the system generated identifier. It is blind to the user. It also holds the primary key for the Personal table.

Shows the year. This holds the primary key for the YEEmployee table.

Shows the tax number of the employee.

Displays the designation of the employee.
Example: Manager / Director etc

Shows the block / house number of the employee.

Shows the street name of the employee's address.

Shows which level the employee is living on.

Shows the unit number of the employee's address.

Shows the type of address.
Example:
L = Local Residential Address
F = Foreign Address
C = C/O Address
N = No Address

Shows the country of the address location.

Stores the postal code of the person's address.

The first line for the employee's name.

The second line for the employee's address.

The third line for the employee's address.

Stores the date of birth of the person.
It is in the format DD-MM-YYYY.

Shows when the employee's commencement was.
It is in the format: DD-MM-YYYY.

Shows the cessation date for the employee.
It is in the format: DD-MM-YYYY.

Indicates if the employee is under the iras section 45 - Non resident director and is withholding tax on the director's fee.
IRAS Section 45 is withholding tax as applied to partnerships. When someone makes a payment (Interest / Fees) to a non-resident person, he / she has to deduct a tax from the payment and pay that amount to IRAS.

The IR8S indicator is to track if employees have made excess CPF contributions on their wages and will claim the refund for excess CPF contributions.

Shows if employees are provided with benefits-in-kind.

Shows a flag rate of 100,000 on its chargeable income regardless of whether it is in a local or foreign company.

Shows the flag percentage of the ordinary wage.

Shows the overseas flag rate for CPF.

Shows if the flag rate exceeds CPF.

Shows the nationality code of each country.
Example:

Shows the identity type of the payee. It refers to the Organisation ID type.
Example:
UEN = Unique Entity Number (UEN) - Business
ASGD = Tax Reference number assigned by IRAS
CRN = Central Registration number issued by Ministry of Trade & Industries
etc

Indicates if the employee is under cessation provision, in a form of a checkbox.
Cessation provisions are applicable to those employees who commenced work with a company before 1 January 1969 and stopped thereafter. It involves the adjustment of income to certain basis period of assessment.
If the employee commenced work before 1 January 1969 and ceased work in the current tax year, the indicator will be ticked.
If the employee commenced work after 1 January 1969 and ceased work in the current tax year, the indicator will be unticked.

This attribute holds the description or long name for the marital status code.
Example: Married / Divorced / Widower

Shows the gender of the family member.
Example: Male = "1". Female = "0".

Shows the global identity for the current year end.

Shows the global identity for the year end.

Shows the tax clearance.

Stores the date and time of when the previous changes were made.

Stores the nationality of the employee.
