The Search feature is a powerful tool to locate an employee or personal record. It is available in a number of modules as a Search button. Clicking on the Search button brings up the Search window.

Tip: The Partial String is one of the more versatile options, however, to use it effectively, look for unique patterns. i.e. You are searching for Identity Numbers and you noticed that the ID number contains 777 (there is a good chance that not many employees will have this pattern in their identity number). Similarly for names as well, looks for patterns.

Shows the identity of the template search. This is the primary key for the TmplSearch table.

A search condition for easier access.

Stores the description of the search template.

Stores the type of search.
Example: "S" which stands for System.
