An appraisal form is divided into sections and sub-sections. To accommodate advanced appraisal forms, each section and sub-section can carry different score points. A sub-section is essentially a section, but with a level number.
Each section has a 2 part set-up:
- The Control Setup for the type of response for the section
- The Point Setup for the questions in the section

Note: If possible, avoid multi-level sections. Though you can set up to 3 levels deep, tracing and manually verifying each sub-level section may not be easy.
