This is where you can view and adjust shift calendars of individual employees. This calendar will only appear if you have initialized the calendar for the employee during the setup. Employees on shift require a different calendar setup.

In Sage EasyPay, the employee is assigned to a key shift team. This shift team will have its own Shift Team Calendar (work schedule) and Work Time Profile (shift hours). The Shift Team Calendars will use the normal calendars to define the work / leave pattern, work day / off days and public holidays. Each shift team member will have his / her own Shift Calendar derived from the Shift Team Calendar. The employee's shift calendar is stored separately from the shift team calendar. Using the employee's shift calendar, you can switch the employee between the different shift teams on different days.

System generated identifier. It is blind to the user. It also holds the primary key for the Employee table.

Shows the calendar date for the shift. This is also the primary key for the ShiftCalendar table.
It is usually in the format: DD-MM-YYYY.
