This attribute is the system generated identifier. It is blind to the user. It also holds the primary key for the Personal table.

Shows the stock option type.

Shows the registry of companies and businesses number.

This attribute would record the identity for the company type.
Example: Private / Public / Non-Profit etc

Stores the name of the company.
Example: Sage Software Asia Pte. Ltd.

Shows the date of grant of ESOP / Shares under ESOW.
It is in the format: DD-MM-YYYY.

Shows the date of the exercise stock.
It is in the format: DD-MM-YYYY.

Shows the exercise price of ESOP / or Price paid / payable per share under ESOW plan.

States the open market value per share as at the date of grant of ESOP / shares under ESOW plan.

States the market value at time of deemed exercise of ESOP or deemed price paid for shares under ESOW plan.

Shows the number of unexercised ESOP or unvested shares under ESOW plans or ESOP / ESOW plans with moratorium imposed.

Shows the entrepreneurial employee stock options plan with the exemption of tax.

Shows the company stock options plan with the exemption of tax.

States that there is no tax exemption, i.e. includes tax.

Shows the stock gains.

Shows the type of plan that is granted.
Example: ESOP / ESOW

Indicates if it was granted and if so, before what time period.

Shows the non-qualified stock options plan with an exemption of tax.
