This Entity contains the common pay configuration.

Each Pay Group has a different Basic Rate Type:
1. Monthly Rated
2. Daily Rated
3. Hourly Rated

Pay Group Conversion Rule:
1. Target Pay Group will have a same number of Period as Source Pay Group.
2. Both Target and Source Pay Group last Sub Period must be locked and without initialising the new period.
3. Target and Source must be in the same Period.
4. It is the user duty to ensure the Cut-Off date is matched for both Pay Group.

Holds the identity for the pay group. This also acts as a primary key for the PayGroup table.

Example:
1 Payment Group = Hourly, Daily & Monthly rated
2 Payment Group = Hourly, Daily & Monthly rated
3 Payment Group = Hourly & Daily rated, divided by 3 and the balance is placed in the last sub-period.
4 Payment Group = Hourly & Daily rated
Project

Holds the sub period.

Example:
Sub period 1 = 1 Payment Group (Hourly, Daily & Monthly rated)
Sub period 2 = 2 Payment Group (Hourly, Daily & Monthly rated)
Sub period 3 = 3 Payment Group (Hourly & Daily rated), divided by 3 and the balance is placed in the last sub-period
Sub Period 4 = 4 Payment Group (Hourly & Daily rated)

Shows the period start year. It will automatically migrate to the next year upon initialising the next period.
Example: 2013

Shows the start period for the pay group.
Example: "1" = January / "2" = February / "3" = March etc

Shows the start month for the pay group.
Example: "1" = January / "2" = February / "3" = March etc

Stores the description for the pay group.

Stores the balance amount to be paid for the last sub period.

Shows the identity of the allocation for the payment to be made.
Example: Local

Shows the identity of the exchange rate.
