This entity stores details about the employee, in order for the employer to pay the employee the correct salary.

System generated identifier. It is blind to the user. It also holds the primary key for the Employee table.

Shows the identity of the overtime table. It holds the primary key for the Overtime table.

Shows the identity of the shift table. This also acts as a primary key for the Shift table.

This attribute will only be enabled if the Pay Group has been locked. If true, it will supercede all conditions to stop creating pay records. This will prevent payroll processing so long as the check box is ticked. If there is a need to suspend the pay, tick the checkbox and the database will show "1", otherwise, untick the checkbox and the database will show "0"

Shows the current rate of the employee's salary. Some of the employee's rate are daily rated, some are monthly rated.
Example: 2,000 a month / 100 a day

Shows the previous rate of the employee's salary. Some of the employee's rate are daily rated, some are monthly rated.
Example: 2,000 a month / 100 a day

Shows the type of the current basic rate.
Example: Monthly rated / Daily rated

Shows the type of the previous basic rate.
Example: Monthly rated / Daily rated

Shows the employee specific bonus factor. This may depend on the wages rate type (Hourly / Daily / Monthly).

This date will show when the employee has stopped working for the company. It is applicable to employee records with cessation codes and dates and it will be the same value as the Cessation Date. When entering the date, a calendar will be shown for easier selection.

Takes the identity of the Day Rate Formula from the Best Rate of Pay.
Example: BRPDayFormula1 / BRPDayFormula2 etc.

Takes the identity of the Hour Rate Formula from the Best Rate of Pay.
Example: BRPHourFormula1 / BRPHourFormula2 etc.

Takes the identity of the Day Rate Formula from OverTime.
Example: OTDayFormula1 / OTDayFormula2 etc.

Takes the identity of the Hour Rate Formula from OverTime.
Example: OTHourFormula1 / OTHourFormula2 etc.

Takes the identity of the Day Rate Formula from the Gross Rate of Pay.

Only when Daily Rated is true will it balance the Working Calendar against all the Sub Periods No of Days and Before Increment number of Days. If true, the last sub period will be available for pay allocation.

Indicates if the employee is late. If the employee is late, the late amount will not be included in the Leave Deduction Amount.
Example: Late = "1" / Not late = "0"

Indicates if the employee is absent. If the employee is absent, the amount will not be included in the Leave Deduction amount.
Example: Absent = "1" / Present = "0"

Stores the number of days the employee is entitled for sick leave.
Example: 14 days

Stores the number of days of annual leave that has been brought forward.

Stores the number of days the employee is entitled for annual leave.
Example: 21 Days

Stores the exchange rate of a different currency. If an employee wants to receive his / her pay with a different currency, it is based on the basic exchange rate.

Employee's CPF paid by the employer.

Calculates the employee's default rate per hour.

Shows if the employer makes a casual payment to the employee.
