This is used to automate some of the processing, like insert recurring pay elements, medical claim policy, assign overtime tables and so on. Automation can help verify leave balances, contract periods etc when employees have a status change.

There are 4 different types of automation processes:
Employment, Confirmation, Cessation and Career Movement.

Donation Code is under:
- Employment Processes and it is activated upon creating a new employment record. It inserts donation code based on defaults.

Shows the formula on what leave / deduction / allowance etc, the employee has taken. This is the primary key for the Formula table.
Example: ANL (Annual leave) / Deduction of Sick leave / HOL (Paid Holiday)

A system generated identity. It is blind to the user. This is also the primary key for the MapDonation_mm table.
