A leave policy is central to determining whether an employee has a particular type of leave. When you initialise a leave cycle, you will actually be selecting the leave policy for initialisation.

System generated identifier. It is blind to the user. It also holds the primary key for the Employee table.

Shows the progression method for the leave.

Shows the date of the leave.
It is usually in the format: DD-MM-YYYY.
