This shows the breakdown listing of each period. The figures that appear here depend largely on the leave type distribution method.

Example: First full will display the full entitlement in the first period.

The numbers 1 to 12 in the first column denotes the leave period. The actual start month depends on the leave cycle settings in the Leave Policy.

System generated identifier. It is blind to the user. It also holds the primary key for the Employee table.

Shows the leave period. It also acts as a primary key for the LvePeriodSummary table.
Example: January = "1" / February = "2" / March = "3" etc

Shows the start date of the period of leave the employee has taken.
Example: 1 January 2013 / 1 March 2013

Shows the end date of the period of leave the employee has taken.
Example: 31 January 2013 / 31 April 2013
