This contains the leave balance for each period. The two figures Balance and Actual Balance are meant to highlight possible cross cycle applications. Normally both figures are the same, however you may see a difference when there is a leave application in the next cycle but the next leave cycle's balance has not been initialised.

Example: The current leave cycle is 2008, Alex Lim has an application in the next year (2009). The Balance will show his balance for 2008 while the Actual Balance is the result of Balance minus the leave application for 2009. However when you initialise the 2009 leave cycle, the balance will be recalculated, taking into account the 2008 and 2009 entitlements. This means that the Balance and Actual Balance for 2008 may be changed to reflect the correct amount.

System generated identifier. It is blind to the user. It also holds the primary key for the Employee table.

Stores the entitled leave earned for that period.
Example: Hospitalization leave would entitle the employee 60 days of leave

Stores the entitled adjusted leave earned for that period.
Example: If the employee has worked a number of hours overtime, he/she might be able to get an additional day of leave

Stores the brought forward leave earned for that period.
Example: If an employee did not clear a single of his leave of 14 days in 2012, the company would bring forward his leave to 2013 which will total up to 28 days

Shows the brought forward period of entitled leave that the employee has forfeited.
Example: If the employee did not clear his leave of 5 days for 2012, he will not have an additional 5 days of leave in 2013

Shows the period of the total leave the employee is entitled. A total added from PerEntEarned, PerEntAdjEarned, PerBFEarned and PerBFForfeit

Stores the number of days of leave taken from what period.

Stores the accumulated entitled leave earned till a certain period for the current year.

Stores the adjusted accumulated entitled leave earned till a certain period for the current year.

Stores the brought forward entitled leave earned till a certain period for the current year.

Stores the brought forward entitled leave forfeited till a certain period for the current year.

Stores the total entitled leave till a certain period for the current year.

Stores the number of days of leave taken till a certain period for the current year.

Stores the total balance of entitled leave for the current year.

Shows the allocated range basis.

Shows the identity of the period balance for the leave allocation.

Shows the identity of the period balance for the cost method.

Shows the date of when the employee made a policy career change.
