A leave policy is made up of one or more leave type.
Example: Annual / Sick leave etc
When you do a leave cycle initialisation, the leave details record of the employee is looked up to retrieve the leave policy ID.

Shows the identity of the leave policy. It is the primary key for the LeavePolicy table.
Example: Std Leave Policy

Shows the description of the leave policy.

Shows the range basis for the leave policy.

Shows the calendar type.
Example: ByCalendar / ByHireDate / ByConfirmationDate

Shows the start month of the calendar.
Example: January = "1" / February = "2" / March = "3" etc
