Information about the leave record. Displays the leave entitlement, leave period taken etc.

System generated identifier. It is blind to the user. It also holds the primary key for the Employee table.

Shows the generating identity of the leave info record. This is the primary key for the LeaveInfoRecord table.
Example: A1 / A66 / A110

Stores the type of leave.
Example: Absent / Late / NPL (No Pay Leave)

Shows the year for the pay record.
Example: 2012

Shows the period for the pay record.
Example: January = "1", February = "2", March = "3" etc.

Shows the leave that has been brought forward.

Shows the current leave entitlement.

Shows the current leave period taken.

Holds the sub period for the pay record.

Example:
Sub period 1 = 1 Payment Group (Hourly, Daily & Monthly rated)
Sub period 2 = 2 Payment Group (Hourly, Daily & Monthly rated)
Sub period 3 = 3 Payment Group (Hourly & Daily rated), divided by 3 and the balance is placed in the last sub-period
Sub Period 4 = 4 Payment Group (Hourly & Daily rated)

Shows who created the leave info.
