This entity is where you can set up new GL codes. All the GL codes are organised into accounts. A unique ID would be required but avoid creating too many accounts as each account will be listed in the reports.

Shows the code for the general ledger. This is the primary key for the GLCode table.

Stores the description about the general ledger code.

Shows if the field is marked as history. It is in the form of a checkbox.
