A system generated identity. It is blind to the user. It is also the primary key for the EnCashmentRecord table.

Example: 2013

Shows the period of the pay record for the encashment record.
Example: January = "1" / February = "2" / March = "3" etc

Shows the sub period of the pay record for the encashment record.
