Tax and Statutory contribution policies vary from time to time as the Government responds to different economic and social factors. Changes, if any, are gradual and implemented in phases or stages. The Payroll Module is designed around these factors.

The Central Provident Fund (CPF) is quite comprehensive with 3 stages:
- The different rates for each type of residency are created in CPF tables. It is similar to the CPR rates table seen in the CPF booklets
- Different CPF tables are then assembled into a CPF policy
- The CPF policy is then tied to an effective date according to the Government regulation

You can also create your own set of CPF tables.

This entity can be used for:
- Assigning a CPF policy to employees who have obtained permanent residency status
- Making a CPF policy change to one or more employees
- Setting MAW Limits

System generated identifier. It is blind to the user. It also holds the primary key for the Employee table.

Shows the effective date of the CPF progression. It also holds the primary key for the CPFProgression table.
It is usually in the format: DD-MM-YYYY.

Shows the identity of the career for the employee.
Example: FirstRecord / Transfer / Promotion / SalaryAdjust etc

Shows the identity of the CPF Policy.

Shows if the employee is currently employed in that company.

Stores the CPF account number of the employee.

Shows the identity of the CPF scheme.
Example: Pension / NonPension / Private etc

Shows the minimum additional wage option.

Shows the minimum additional wage for the CPF.

Stores any remarks about the CPF progression.

Shows the ordinary wage of the CPF per period.

Indicates, by using a checkbox, if the employee's medisave is paid by the employer. If the checkbox is ticked, the database will show "1", otherwise "0".
