This is where you select the fields for defining the formula on Item Basis. The fields are grouped by its module and type. Items selected here will be marked from K1 onwards. You can select up to 10 fields.

Shows the accrual module for the lookup field. This is the primary key for the AccrualLookupField table.
Example: Payroll / Leave / Benefit etc

Shows the accrual type for the lookup field. This is the primary key for the AccrualLookupField table.
Example: System / AllowanceRecord / LeaveType etc

Shows the accrual field for the lookup field. This is the primary key for the AccrualLookupField table.
Example: Foreign Worker's Levy / Full basic rate / Employer CPF etc

Shows the accrual basis amount for the lookup field. This is the primary key for the AccrualLookupField table.
Example: Rate / Amount / Frequency etc

Shows the accrual search item for the lookup field.

Shows the accrual SQL for the lookup field.
