Tax and Statutory contribution policies vary from time to time as the Government responds to different economic and social factors. Changes, if any, are gradual and implemented in phases or stages. The Payroll Module is designed around these factors.

The Central Provident Fund (CPF) is quite comprehensive with 3 stages:
- The different rates for each type of residency are created in CPF tables. It is similar to the CPR rates table seen in the CPF booklets
- Different CPF tables are then assembled into a CPF policy
- The CPF policy is then tied to an effective date according to the Government regulation

You can also create your own set of CPF tables.

Shows the effective date of the government CPF. This also acts as a primary key for the CPFGovernmentProgression table.
It is usually in the format: DD-MM-YYYY.

Shows the policy identity of the government CPF.

Shows the current government CPF.

Shows the remarks of the government CPF.
