This sets the default skills awardable on the completion of a course. Even though you can set multiple skills, it does not mean that you have to insert all the skills on the completion of the course. The default setting here is meant to reduce the work of hunting for the correct type of skill codes.

Example: Some course are divided into multiple parts, each with different objectives. When setting up the course, set all the awardable skills for all parts. If an employee only attends some parts of the training course, only the related skills are needed.
