This feature can only be accessed from the Cost Record window. Various fields will be locked depending on whether you select Insert/Modify or Duplicate, however the overall concept is still the same, i.e. you can modify the cost item on a cost record.

Shows the code for the general ledger. This is the primary key for the GLCode table.

Shows the identity of the cost centre. This is the primary key for the CostCentre table.
Example: 100 / 100-02 etc

A system generated identity. It is blind to the user. It also holds the primary key for the CostPeriod table.

A system generated identity. It is blind to the user. It is also the primary key for the CostRecord table.

Shows the credit amount for the cost.

Shows the debit amount for the cost.

Shows the credit adjustment for the cost.

Shows the debit adjustment for the cost.

Shows the credit foreign amount for the cost.

Shows the debit foreign amount for the cost.

Shows the allocation type for the cost.
Example: Balance / Percentage / Fixed Amount

Shows the allocated value of the cost.

Shows the average of the credit brought forward for the cost.

Shows the average of the debit brought forward for the cost.

Shows the average of the foreign credit brought forward for the cost.

Shows the average of the foreign debit brought forward for the cost.

Shows who was the creator.
Example: "S" which stands for System, i.e. it was system generated.
