This is where you select the fields for defining the formula on Item Basis. The fields are grouped by its module and type. Items selected here will be marked from K1 onwards. You can select up to 10 fields.

Indicates the order of the saved entries. This is the primary key for the AccrualField table.

Shows the module for the accrual item.
Example: Payroll / Leave etc

Shows the type of the accrual item.
Example: Pay Record / Leave type etc

Shows the field of the accrual item.
Example: Annual

Shows the basis amount for the accrual field. It depends on the type of field the user has selected and any additional options other than the default amount will be present.
