This is where you set the eligibility for the accrual items. Accrual Eligibility set up is optional and depends on whether you need to have accrual applied only to some groups or have different accrual formula for different departments. You will need to set the eligibility on the Accrual Item to the Eligible ID created in the Accrual Eligible window.

Shows the eligible identity of the accrual. It also acts as a primary key for the AccrualEligible table.

Stores a description about the eligibility.
Example: Eligibility for the regional sales department

Shows the number of basis. There is a maximum of 3 basis. This value can be set under the Basis tab.
Example: In a sales department, there are 2 sub sections: Local & Regional. So the number of basis is 2, i.e. Department & Section

Shows the type of the first basis.

Shows the type of the second basis.

Shows the type of the third basis.
