This entity is for the initial configuration of Casual Pay. The basis allows you to set an overall grouping of casual workers. It affects reporting as well. Basis is the key determining factor for the distribution of cost to the various cost centres.

System generated identifier. It is blind to the user. It also holds the primary key for the Employee table.

Shows the generating identity of the casual record. This is the primary key for the CasRecord table.

Shows the casual working date.
It is in the format: DD-MM-YYYY.

Shows the casual payroll date.
It is in the format: DD-MM-YYYY.

Shows the year for the pay record.
Example: 2012

Shows the period for the pay record.
Example: January = "1", February = "2", March = "3" etc.

Holds the sub period for the pay record.

Example:
Sub period 1 = 1 Payment Group (Hourly, Daily & Monthly rated)
Sub period 2 = 2 Payment Group (Hourly, Daily & Monthly rated)
Sub period 3 = 3 Payment Group (Hourly & Daily rated), divided by 3 and the balance is placed in the last sub-period
Sub Period 4 = 4 Payment Group (Hourly & Daily rated)

Shows the reference number for the casual record.

Shows the basis of the casual record.

States the rate for an hour.

States the number of hours.

Store remarks.

Shows the daily wage of the employee.

Shows the total daily wage of the employee.

Shows the current ordinary wage. These wages are due pertaining to the employee's employment in that month.

Shows the current additional wage. These wages are not due so employees and employers must make CPF contributions based on these wages earned by the employee.

Shows the wage which excludes CPF.

Shows if the employer makes a casual payment to the employee.
